Australia`s best tournament as water-skiers converge on the man made lakes at Stoney Park to display their skills in Trick Skiing, Slalom Skiing and distance Jump Skiing. The event will be action packed as the competitors will be chasing prize money and the prestigious Title.


iron man triathlon

ironman australia triathlon is held every year in port macquarie on the first sunday of april. the ironman australia triathlon will be held at port macquarie for the next five years. The race involves approximately 1,500 competitors from all over the world competing in this gruelling event.

ironman distance: 3.8km swim, 180km bike, 42.2km run.

course description: swim: the 3.8km swim takes place in the beautiful hastings river, which feeds a network of canals and waterways around port macquarie. spectators will line the banks of the river near westport park to view a spectacular start to australia’s newest ironman course.

bike: one of the most stunning ironman bike courses in the world, the 180.2km cycle winds its way along beside the pacific ocean on the beautiful and undulating pacific drive. a section of the cycle route takes athletes through the city centre waterfront where thousands of spectators can view the race surrounded by the conveniences of cafes, shops and accommodation.

run: this 42.2km run again takes athletes along the hastings river and through the city centre and along parts of pacific drive, which combines rolling hills with beautiful scenery to provide excellent viewing for both athletes and spectators.
